Transportation
Complimentary Shuttle Service
To help make your experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible, complimentary shuttle service will be provided between the Congress venue in Saguenay and the Montréal-Trudeau (YUL) and Québec City Jean Lesage (YQB) airports.
Return transportation to the same airport is also included.
If you would like to reserve a seat, simply select your preferred departure location and travel date when registering. Each participant is permitted one suitcase and one carry-on.

Lunch is not provided during transit.
Travel tip
We highly recommend flying into Québec City (YQB), located approximately 2.5 hours by car from Saguenay.
​Montréal (YUL) is also an option, but is approximately 5 hours away by car from Saguenay. Bagotville Airport (YBG) is the closest option, just 15 km from the venue, but please note that flight connections may be limited.

If you choose not to use the complimentary shuttle service, you may:

Local Shuttle Service (Saguenay)
Due to limited public transportation in Saguenay, shuttle service will be provided between the designated hotels (La Saguenéenne, OTL, and Le Montagnais — the main conference venue) and all scheduled activity locations.
No additional transportation will be arranged.
