The 15th International Myotonic Dystrophy Consortium Meeting (IDMC-15) invites submissions of late-breaking abstracts for a dedicated session highlighting new, unpublished data in myotonic dystrophy.
This high-impact, one-hour session will feature recently generated results representing important scientific, clinical, or translational advances. The session aims to provide timely insights into emerging discoveries and therapeutic developments with potential implications for patient care and future research.
A maximum of four abstracts will be selected for oral presentations. Each selected abstract will be presented in a 10-minute talk with a 5-minute discussion.
We welcome submissions from academic, clinical, and industry, including:
New or updated results from clinical trials or observational studies
Translational or biomarker discoveries
Innovative therapeutic approaches
Findings with potential impact on clinical practice or patient outcomes
Submission requirements
Abstracts must include recent, unpublished, non-public data
Submissions are open to academic, clinical, and industry-led studies
Selected authors will be notified in advance to allow preparation
All submissions will undergo expedited review by the scientific committee, based on scientific quality, novelty, and relevance.
This session offers a unique platform to share cutting-edge findings and accelerate progress in myotonic dystrophy research and care.

Shuttle services will be available to bring you downtown Chicoutimi or to the trainees’ activity from the conference site and return will be from downtown to Montagnais Hotel or OTL.
